Mission statement:
Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ.
Ephesians 4:11-13
Who We Are:
Freedom Church is a non-denominational Christian church that started in 2018 with the intention of building and equipping Gods people to BE THE CHURCH everyday! We strive to build disciples that will be an example of God’s word within their day to day lives and in the community through their actions. We do this by bringing Biblical base teachings, allowing the Holy Spirit to move freely during our gatherings and one on one mentorship and counseling.
Vision Statement:
(John 8: 31-32) So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed in him, “If you continue in my word, you really are my disciples. You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.
(Ephesians 4:11-13) Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ.
Beliefs:
We believe in the Holy Trinity of Christ consisting of God the Father, Jesus the son, and the Holy Spirit (Romans 1:1-4.)
We believe spreading the Gospel truth will set people free by knowing the truth (John 8:31-32)
We believe all scripture is God breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16.)
We believe Jesus is the only way to God (John 14:6.)
We believe in baptism in the name of the father, son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19-20)
We believe that Jesus died and resurrected from the dead to liberate us from sin (Luke 24:1-8)
We believe in all the spiritual gifts of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12)
We believe salvation is a gift given by grace and not by works. Once we repent of our sins and accept Jesus into our hearts we are saved (Romans 10:9-10/Acts 2:38)
We believe that Lord Jesus is coming back again (Revelation 22:12-13)
